Caption: PLAINVILLE 7.4.97 Two planes from The Red Baron Stearman Squadron are making a stop at Robertson Field in Plainville through Sunday. Hours are 9 am to 5:15 pm. There are no flights offered but the public is welcome to come see and touch the planes, visit with the pilots and watch the planes take off and land. The Stearman biplanes, worth $100,000 each, are autheic antiques, not reporoductions. Red Baron has been using their squadron of 6 planes for 19 years to promote their product and to raise money for charity. This event raised over $2,000 for Muscular Dystrophy research last year. Bob Johnston (cq), who can be seen on the left, and Patrick Rediker, in the other plane, are executing a synchronized loop over the Farmington Valley.
